Rules
- Professional Achievement Awards nominees must have a minimum of one year of multi-family housing experience.
- Nominated individuals must work in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- The individual must work for a MAA member company that is in good standing for at least one year prior to the nomination.
- Previous Professional Achievement Award winners are not eligible for entry in same category.
- Nominees may only be submitted in one category.
- The recipient is a single individual who is the owner. Company or team submissions will not be accepted.
- Please note, three finalists will be chosen, and the winner will be announced during the award ceremony.
Nomination Requirements
- Provide a summary of nominee’s job performance and professional accomplishments. Specific examples and statistics should be included.
- Provide evidence of nominee’s ability to achieve financial goals of the property, commitment to property maintenance, preventative maintenance, and customer service.
- Provide an outline of NAA and MAA involvement and accomplishments, including committee participation and outline of activities related to advocacy on behalf of the apartment industry or professional development.
