Where do I watch the MAA Awards: Virtual Info Session?

​Who is eligible for the MAA President's & Achievement Awards?
Any MAA member, company, or property qualify for the MAA President's & Achievement Awards. Please review the rules for each category on its respective pages.

When is the deadline to submit nominations? Are there any extensions?
The deadline is Friday, September 9, 2022 by 11:59 pm. There are no extensions after September 9.

Are there examples of past nominations to help me prepare for my nomination submission(s)?
For Communities of Excellence Awards, we provide Highland Glen's sample nomination. Highland Glen is the 2020 MAA Award Winner and 2021 NAA Award Winner for Affordable Community of the Year.  Please note, the word count limit was higher in 2020. We do not have examples of the Professional Achievement Awards.

I've submitted a Community of Excellence Awards nomination. Where do I submit additional photos?
You can submit additional photos here.

Are there any fees for submissions?
There are no fees to submit locally. If you chose to submit nationally, NAA nomination submissions includes fees. You can learn more at NAA Excellence Awards. Please note, you do not need to win locally, to submit nationally.

When will the winners be notified?
The winners are notified on November 30 during the award ceremony at the Westin Copley Place, Boston.
