Rules

The Company of the Year Awards recognize organizations for their significant contributions to their staff, local community and the multifamily housing industry.

• Leading Organization in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• Supplier Company of the Year​

• ​Nominated companies must provide services in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• The principle member must be a member of MAA in good standing.
• An organization which has won a Company of the Year Award within the past five years is not eligible to enter in the same category.​​
