Supplier Company of the Year

This award recognizes companies that not only exemplify excellence in their field but have also contributed significantly to the multifamily housing industry. 

Rules

• ​Nominated companies must provide service in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  
• The principle member must be a member of MAA in good standing.  
• An organization which has won a Company of the Year Award within the past five years is not eligible to enter in the same category. ​
• Please note, three finalists will be chosen, and the winner will be announced during the award ceremony.

What the Judges are Looking for

• Demonstrates Overall Supplier Performance (quality, delivery, responsiveness, cost)
• Demonstrates Strong Customer Service
• Pursues Sustainability and/or Social Benefits
• Pursues Innovation and Technology
• Goes Above & Beyond the Call of Duty
• Demonstrates MAA Involvement or Commitment to the Industry
